I had gotten a tattoo back in May and specifically asked the artist to make my original tattoo lighter and he only made it significantly darker and it is very harsh on my pale skin. The pink also disappeared and was the wrong shade of pink for my skin tone . There was a miscommunication i believe as the artist didn't understand my English and communication is very important for a permanent body modification. Unfortunately they were not workable with refunds and i believe when something is permanent like that refunds should always be an option if the customer is not happy.
